How many classes are offered per month?

At least 12 classes are offered every month, up to 15 classes per month. Class calendar is posted 6 months in advance. Please refer to the calendar online, posted on the “Classes” web page.

During the rainy season, do we still meet outdoors?

During the rainy season, we will be at a designated indoor location. Indoor location will be in Campbell, nearby Campbell Park.

What should I bring and wear?

Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel. There will be a stretching segment, and you may need to sit on the ground for some exercises. Please wear athletic clothing, socks, and supportive athletic shoes.

I have an old injury (that has healed) or arthritis in a particular joint. I have been cleared for exercise from my physician. Can I still participate?

Yes! In the health assessment form upon Sign Up, you will provide your unique health profile to us. We will design a training program, with modifications or alternatives for your unique body type.

Where do I find the class at Campbell Park?

We are located at the basketball courts. You will recognize it from the photos on this website. There are restroom and water fountain features at this park. There is free parking at Campbell Park, and plenty of curbside parking.
