- All classes are on Drop-In basis. This means you can attend any fitness class, without registering for each class.
- All classes are for ages 50 and up.
- Class Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 8:30am-9:30am
- Classes are located at Campbell Park.
- Before your first class –> please “Sign our Waiver”. Click on “Sign Up”, and the waiver is found on the Cart page.
- After you have signed up for this free trial and Signed the Waiver, please complete the online “Health Assessment Form”. It is found at the bottom of this website page, in the footer.
- Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, as there will some exercises performed on the ground.
